Do you clean at my home or take the rug away?
We clean at your home. We bring an extractor, work on site and immediately suck up the water, so the floor doesn't get flooded. The rug stays with you.
How long does a rug take to dry?
6–12 hours depending on pile height and room humidity. Airing the room speeds it up. You can walk on the rug sooner — once it feels only slightly damp.
Won't the rug shrink or fade?
We always test on a hidden area first. For wool, silk and handmade rugs we use gentle products. If a rug can't be wet-cleaned, we'll tell you honestly and won't take the job.
What about fitted carpet in the whole apartment?
Yes, we clean fitted carpets too, at the same price per square metre. We move the furniture ourselves.
How much does it cost?
From 100 UAH per m². We calculate the exact amount after measuring. For example, a 2×3 m rug is 6 m², so from 600 UAH.
